1.- TorcuArt has taken what we believe are all reasonable and acceptable precautions to lessen the risk of spread of COVID-19 in our event, but we cannot promise it is without risk.

2.- COVID-19 is known to be highly contagious and as a result, we cannot guarantee that you will not come in contact with COVID-19 while attending the event, despite any precautions TorcuArt may take.

3.- By attending the event, you acknowledge that you are aware of the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume any risks associated with potential exposure to or becoming infected with COVID-19 as a result of attending the event. 

4.- You agree that, in the event that you suspect you became exposed to or infected with COVID-19 at the event, that you will communicate the same expeditiously to the Board of Directors of TorcuArt so appropriate steps can be taken to inform all attendees potentially exposed.

5.-  By attending the event, you voluntarily assume any and all forgoing risks of infection with COVID-19 and any resulting injury, illness, or permanent disability, to include death, arising from or in connection with your presence at the event.  You also agree to release and hold harmless TorcuArt, its Board Members, and representatives, and any other participants from and against liabilities for claims, suits, demands, judgements, costs, interests and expenses, for any injury, illness, permanent disability, or death related to COVID-19 arising from or in connection with your attendance at 

the event, even arising from negligence, acts or omissions of TorcuArt.
